Tensegrity dance and movement

Exploration laboratory for movement and dance intertwined with an active somatic practice. This practice configures dance and the practice of Tensegrity as tools to expand the capacity of language, body and movement.

Description​

It is a body practice that fuses Tensegrity with Mindfulness tools and somatic education to achieve physical, mental and emotional well-being. A daily meeting is held for 21 consecutive days, allowing us to address tools that modify habits that contribute to the management of our thoughts and emotions, promoting good treatment and self-care habits.
